Didn’t like our product? No worries! Claim a return within 30 days of delivery and receive your refund in the form of store credit. This can be redeemed to buy your favourite product from the Yarrov store!
- What do I do if my item is damaged/ defective?

That’s unfortunate! If you find that your item is damaged on arrival, please reach out to us at hello@yarrov.com and we’ll be more than happy to help you with a return!
- What is your return and exchange policy?

We’re always happy to accept returns and exchanges as long as they follow our policies! Reach out to us and we’ll be happy to sort you out with our return and exchange policy.
- Are there any items on which you don't accept returns?

You’re in luck! We accept returns on all our products. All you have to do is follow our return and exchange policy and we’ll gladly accept a return.
- What modes of payment do you accept?

As of now, we accept credit cards and PayPal. However, we’re working on adding more payment methods to make shopping on Yarrov easier and more accessible!
- What are the delivery charges?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping to continental US orders over $35!
- My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please reach out to hello@yarrov.com with the details of the issue to start a return.
- I haven't received my product yet, what should I do?

We'll have to sort that out! If it's been 10 business days or more since your last update on the product's delivery, don't hesitate to reach out at hello@yarrov.com and we'll help you with this immediately!
- Can I cancel or change an order?

We'd love to help you with that. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, there's not much we'll be able to do in regards to changing the order details or cancelling it.
- How can I track an order once it's been placed?

You can simply enter your order ID into our delivery partner's website and know your order's status. It's as simple as that!
- Are your clothes true to size?

- Do all materials and sizes feel the same?

Since we use 3 types of cotton fabrics, there’s bound to be a difference in the feel of the fabrics. However, we assure you that all our fabrics are comfortable and fit perfectly for your little ones!
- How do I wash and take care of my clothes?

Wash your Yarrov clothes in cold water with like colours and then hang them to dry. It is the eco-friendly way! Look at our eco-friendly care labels on your Yarrov clothes for more information!

GOTS is an organization that ensures the organic status of textiles from harvesting the raw materials to labelling. A GOTS certificate means that your cotton clothes are 100% organic, meaning your doing your part to save the world!
- Are your products made using fair trade practices?

From harvesting the raw materials to manufacturing and distribution, we use fair trade practices to ensure your sustainably stylish clothes are ethically sourced!
- Why don't you manufacture in the US?

We don't manufacture in the US because we source our cotton in India. The process of importing the cotton to the US would add unwanted carbon emissions and make the products more expensive. We want to stay true to our goal of making affordable and sustainable cotton clothes, hence we make our products in India.
